Once you are accepted into a Lead organization, you will be invited to learn more about the 4 amazing Subject Matter Expert (SME) programs that are offered. We will be hosting a SME Showcase so you can learn more and apply.
The Breakfast Group
Breakfast Group programs build on the ideals of mentoring to counter the effects academic underachievement among adolescent BIPOC females and males. Serving scholars in Middle School, High School, and ages 18-24; at Cleveland, Franklin, Garfield, Rainier Beach, and
Rainier Valley Leadership Academy (Sites ONLY).
Faith Finance Center (Elevate Scholars)
We address systemic racism through economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and technology. Serving ages 13-19, King County residents.
Building Resilience Awareness & Variations of Excellence (BRAVE)
We collaborate with youth of color in their learning and development journey—providing experiences and resources for critical thinking, exploring voice, deepening brilliance, and contributing to the health and renewal of their environments, communities, and reshaping systems.

Restore Assemble Produce (RAP)
Our values and ethos believe to bring forth true healing and the destruction of racism in our communities; will only be accomplished by collective community actions of love and power such as the liberated village. Serving scholars in Middle School; King County residents.
